A breath day from 10am to 5pm with several breathing techniques, personal sessions, meditation and spiritual interludes. Drinks and lunch included, at a calm place in Twente. Maximum 12 participants.

A breath journey for couples or duos. At 't Baken or on location, by mutual arrangement. If it is your first introduction to breathwork, a €45 supplement applies for the joint intake
